ladyfinger or Bhindi is a very common Vegetable for Indian population and every Indian home have thier own ladyfinger (bhindi) recipe and different taste. this recipe one of them.

  • 500 Gram ladyfinger ( Bhindi )
  • 1/2 tbsp Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Dray mango powder
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 5 tbsp Gram Flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt As per taste
  • Cooking Oil for Fray
  • 1/2 Lemon Juice


  • First Clean the ladyfinger using cotton cloth cut in long strips
  • Take ladyfinger strips in a Bowl and add Chaat Masala, dray mango powder, red chilly powder , Coriander powder, Garam Masala Powder and salt mix all the Masala with ladyfinger strips rest this marination for 10 minutes
  • now we add Gram Flour in marinated ladyfinger strips rest it for 2-4 minute
  • take a frying pan and add cooking oil in it heat oil on low flame
  • deep fry ladyfinger strips in hot oil till golden brown and crispy
  • take ladyfinger on tissue paper for remove excess oil
  • take ladyfinger on a serving plat and squeeze 1/2 lemon juice on it and serve hot with coriander garnishing
