Ingredients
  

  • 200 gram Chocolate Flavor Biscuit
  • 1/4 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 80 gram Sugar Powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 Dairy Milk Chocolate small 10 Rs.
  • 1/4 Tbsp Backing Soda
  • 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder optional

Instructions
 

  • we will grind all the biscuits to powder, With the help of a grinder.
  • Now take the powder of biscuits in a bowl and mix sugar powder, baking Powder, Baking Soda, Butter (Ghee) and in it. Now add Lemon Juice and mix well.
  • Now, we will prepare a Batter well by adding milk in it.
  • Now we have the batter ready to make the cake.
  • Now take a cake mold and Grease it with butter and Flour (Maida) to make non sticky. Now put this cake Batter in this cake tin.
  • Take the cooker on the gas and put some salt in the cooker. Now put a stand or plot inside it.
    Now cover the lid and heat it in 5. But remember to remove the whistle from the cooker's lid. Our preheated cooker is ready to bake cakes.
  • Will bake in a preheated oven at 180 * C for 10 minutes or Bake in a cooker. Will bake for 15 minutes
  • While the cake is baking, we will melt the chocolate to make chocolate icing on it.
  • Take water in a bowl and heat it by placing it on the gas, now melt the chocolate by placing another bowl in it. (This is called double boiler melting process, it does not burn chocolate.)
  • Now we'll melt our chocolate with the help of Double Boiler.
  • Check the cake that it is baked or not, for this, you will take a tooth pick and put it in the cake. If it comes out dry it means the cake is baked.
  • After the cake is ready, let it cool for a while and separate it from the cake tin.
  • Clean the cake after it cools down, now pour melted chocolate over it and spread it evenly. Dust the sugar powder on it
  • Now keep it in the refrigerator for 1-2 Hr so that the chocolate sets. Serve on a plate and enjoy biscuits chocolate cake
