  • 4 Slice Italian Bread If you Not have you can use Normal Brown Bread
  • 2 Tomato Large Fine Chopped
  • 1 Onion Medium Fine Chopped
  • 5 Basale Leaf Fresh if available Fine Chopped
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Black Paper Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Basale Leaf Powder
  • 1 tbsp Black vinegar
  • 1.5 tbsp olive oil extra virgin


First Chopped all veggies

  • Take Tomato cut from the top and squeeze juice in bowl, (we need only Tomato with our juice) fine Chopped both Tomato and turn in a bowl.
  • Fine chopped Onion and Basale Leaf (if you not have Basale you can use Spinach)

Start Recipe for Bruschetta

  • First you want to Grill the Bread on Grill Pan Don't use and butter or oil
  • Tomato Onion and Basale Leaf mix all
  • add Black Paper Powder and Basale Leaf Powder
  • Add Black vinegar and Olive Oil mix it well
  • take Grilled Bread and Rub Garlic cloves on the Bread
  • after Rubbing Garlic on bread put Tomato and Onion mixture on all Bread Slice
  • now Bruschetta Ready to serve
  • take all Bread Slice on serving plate Garnish with Coriander leaf and Serve


Best Tips for Italian Bruschetta is that you can use dry garlic Powder in the mixture to avoid Garlic Rubbing Process on bread.
