This is an Indian regional Sweet Dish which is made by Milk and Suger. it is famous all around the world by the name of Bangali Rasgulla or Rasgulla

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 Liter Milk Full Fat
  • 2 Lemons Juice
  • 500 Gram Sugar For Syrup
  • 1 Liter Water For Sugar syrup

Instructions
 

  • Boil Milk on High Flame it will Take approx 5-10 Minutes
  • Turn off Flame and Add Lemons Juice In Boiled Milk and Mix it Slowly - Slowly till Milk is not curd.
  • Now, We have Curd Milk
  • Its Time to separate the curd and water from the Curd Milk by using cotton cloth
  • After separating the curd from the curd milk squeeze the excecc water from the curd and hang it for 15 minutes
  • Now, we have Dry Curd (Chhena) we need dry it properly and it's time to mash it
    and add 1 tbs Maida mix it well. this process will take approx 10-15 min this is main process for spongy Rasgulla.
    make sure you mash it properly it not have any lung in it and make a dow
  • This time to make Small Bolls
    Take Equal part from the curd dow and make small bolls
  • we are ready to cook aur rasgulla
  • take a pan add sugar and water on it turn on the gas flame and boil the sugar water
  • after boiling the sugar water you need to add one by one rasgulla Balls in it, but make sure to mantain the tamprature of suger water
  • now we add all over rasgulla bolls in the sugar water it is time to cook it for 5 min
  • after 5 min we just need to turn the balls and add some hot water in the sugar syrup and cook again 5 min
  • after 5 min we just need to turn the balls and add some hot water in the sugar syrup and cook again 5 min
  • after 5 min,
    Now our Rasgulla is ready,
    But, not for surving. we need to refrigrate it for 2 hr
  • Now after 2 Hr we have sweet and Teasty Rasgulla for Surving

Some Tips for Spongy Rasgulla 
  • In Rasgulla Recipe You can use Lemon Juice or Lemon Satt any thing for Curding Milk But one thing you need to remember that is after curding Milk you want to wash MilkCurd (Chhena ) with the plain water.
  • You Can Use sefron in suger syrup and milk for yellow color rasgulla
  • You can add essancial oil in Milk and Sugar Syrup as per  your Taste.
