Bharwa bhindi (Stuffed lady finger) is an stuffed ladyfinger dish ladyfinger stuffed by Gram flour and masala. it is so tasty try it.

  • 500 Gram Ladyfinger ( bhindi )
  • 3 tbsp Roasted Gram flour (Besan )
  • 3 tbsp Coriander powder ( Dhaniya Powder )
  • 1 tbsp Cumin Powder ( jeera Powder )
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilly
  • 1/2 ts Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 ts Garam Masala
  • 1 tbsp Cooking Oil for Stuffing
  • 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1/2 ts Mustered seeds
  • 1/2 ts Cumin seeds
  • 2 ts Green chilly Paste
  • 1/4 ts Asafatida
  • 2 ts Garlic optional
  • coriander leaves


  • Wash ladyfinger and let it dry after that Wipe it with the help of cloth
  • Put a cut on the lady finger to make room for the Stuffing
  • take Gram Flour in a bowl add Coriander powder, Cumin Powder, Red Chilly, Garam masala and 1 tbsn of cooking oil and mix it well.
  • now stuffing ready fill all the ladyfinger with this stuffing
  • Heat oil in a pan on low flame,
  • Add mustard seed and Cumin in hot oil you can add Garlic (optional)
  • Now put chilly paste in it and stir it and add Asafatida and stir
  • Now add all stuffed ladyfinger in the cooking pan and stir it and cover it and let it cook for a while
  • check ladyfinger it cooked or not if it cooked add remaining stuffing masala in it and cook for 2 minute
  • now your bharva bhindi is ready to serve
  • take cooked ladyfinger in serving plate Garnish with Coriander leafs and lemon. enjoy the meal


 Garlic is optional in Stuffed ladyfinger or Bharwa bhindi if you like you can use it
